For this year's Halloween I decided to create something, as I have never created something themed around Halloween before. And so I got the (very) random idea, to create a pumpkin-portrait of the founder and CEO of Blender, Ton Roosendaal.

Everything was sculpted using the infamous Default Cube as a base (for the pumpkin and candles). The assets such as the wall with the window, desk, lamp and image frame are from Quixel.

I would have loved to put much more time into refining the likeness and polishing the details, but since I only had the initial idea yesterday, I decided to let go of my perfectionism this time and go with the result I have now. Below you can find the animated version!

Happy Halloween!
